The streets of Ka-Pow City are crawling with thugs, lowlifes, and villains, each one hungry for control. The police are outgunned, the heroes are gone... all except one.
Neon Striker!
The lone vigilante hero with unstoppable fists, is the city’s last line of defence. When the lights go out and evil creeps in, Neon Striker takes control of the night!
